Workout Playlist

I have skipped a gym workout completely when realizing I forgot my headphones because really, the music you listen to is more than half the battle of getting in a good workout (see my workout must haves). When I’m not listening to Pandora (Ja Rule or 2000s Pop Radio) I have my Workout Playlist waiting in the wings.

I plug my earbuds in, put my phone into my fitness belt and I’m in the zone for the next 45 minutes!
